REAL ESTATE FUNDRAISING allows you to receive a rate of return of 8% per year for the duration of your investment. For each new project that we launch, we send an email to our investors describing the project, and you are free to choose the amount you want to invest.

Currently, investment projects are over a period of 12 months, and we regularly launch
new investments based on market opportunities.

  • Once we have selected a new project, we can then crowdfund in two ways: for projects whose total amount is no larger than €250,000, or for larger projects in which each investor invests at least €100,000.
  • As soon as we have gotten the required financing, we send a second email warning that the financing of the operation is closed. Financing can sometimes be closed after only a few hours, so it is best to decide quickly if you want to invest in a crowdfunded renovation.
  • When the chosen project meets these conditions, and if you are registered as a potential investor in the form below, we will send you an email. You are then free to review the project and decide if you want to invest, and if so, how much you want to allocate to this project.
  • We carry out these campaigns in strict compliance with the Belgian law regulating real estate crowdfunding (see the law of 16 June 2006).

The investment is subject to certain risks. The investor runs the risk of partial or total loss of the invested capital and the risk of default or deferred payment of interest. As the investment instruments are not quoted, the investor may find it very difficult to sell his position to a third party should he wish to do so.

The investment consists of a loan subordinated to all current and future debts of the issuer. The investment is also exposed to all the risks associated with the various real estate projects of the issuer.
